If I could share one piece of advice with my younger self for a healthier life today, it would be: sugar and candy are not your friends. It's easy to get hooked and it often starts at a tender age.

Not only does Dr. Roca have a background in removing earthly toxins (lead, asbestos, chemicals, solvents, etc.), he also specializes in removing toxins from the human condition!

Dr. Roca's background in geology has inspired him to "see below the surface" in efforts to uncover the "why" behind health. Although the studies of geology & health may seem distant, Dr. Roca has used the two to merge the way medicine is viewed.
