Consultation Visits

Dr Roca, M.D. will meet with you via phone or Zoom to discuss your health concerns. The focus of these visits will be to create a Functional Medicine hypothesis of how you work, of how your symptoms evolved over the course of your life. By creating a hypothesis that explains how your illness evolved to its current state, we can create a plan to support you in unwinding and reversing your illness and symptoms. We will also utilize these visits to continue refining our therapeutic approach, review lab results, revise your Treatment Plan, and deepen your health behaviors. This approach to greater wellness is not a population-based approach. It is highly individualized. Its focus is on your specifically achieving greater health with fewer medications and limited supplementation.

Dr. Roca does not utilize controlled medications.

To arrange a visit click the button below. All visits are prepaid. Once the payment has been received, you will be able to schedule your appointment and complete the new patient forms. Consultations can also be available some evenings and weekends. New patient visits are 1 hour only. Follow-up visits are available in 15 minute intervals.

It is also highly recommended that individuals who are having their first consultation with Dr. Roca via telephone or in-person complete the new patient form and email it to onemedicinewellness@gmail.com.
